This is a good article for both buyers and sellers to read. Bottom line is that negotiation is necessary for both parties in order to make deals happen. If you aren’t willing to negotiate, you aren’t a buyer OR a seller.

As part of his retirement plan, my client had condo converted his four-unit Buena Vista Hill building that he had owned for 30 years. Navigating the real estate market in SF is a challenge, and can be one of the least pleasant experiences given the overall costs, competition, and limited housing stock.
