We are an established nonprofit in SF that was gifted a Marina District condo by a donor. We used Eric as the listing agent and he worked closely with us on upgrades, staging, marketing and selling – all during the onset of COVID-19. Choosing a real estate agent was not easy since we never sold a house in the US. I started by interviewing few real estate agents;, I quickly knew who I did not want, but choosing the right one was hard. We wanted somebody professional, efficient and hardworking and more than anything, someone who would be honest about the house.
