If you are familiar with the Lower Haight, there is a fantastic monster of a building at the corner of Waller and Pierce that has been deteriorating for years. It is positively mammoth and I’ve always wanted to see the inside. Turns out, soon I will. The property is being renovated and will probably be sold as tenants in common’s sometime this year.
