I visited home on Tues. 8/3/10. This Bernal Heights single family 2 bedroom view home is located on a prominent corner at Elsie and Coso. Because 2 Elsie is on a corner and on the North slope of Bernal, it has a wonderful city view, is very light and the interior feels expansive.
Architecturally, it’s not significant, but the location and price at $699,000 make up for it. The garden area is manageable and there is a garage with some extra storage.
