Choosing a real estate agent was not easy since we never sold a house in the US. I started by interviewing few real estate agents;, I quickly knew who I did not want, but choosing the right one was hard. We wanted somebody professional, efficient and hardworking and more than anything, someone who would be honest about the house.

Eric helped me and my wife purchase our first house in Pacifica. He is very knowledgeable about the Pacifica market and was super helpful walking us through the process as first-time buyers. After closing he shared his network of architects and contractors so we could get started on some house projects. As part of his retirement plan, my client had condo converted his four-unit Buena Vista Hill building that he had owned for 30 years. Being tenant occupied, we could not stage or prepare the condominium as we would have liked. With persistence, communication and finding the right buyer, we were successful in getting the unit sold.
