My clients and their two children had been living in a small rent-controlled apartment; it was way past time to move. The challenge was that they loved their neighborhood and wanted to stay. Eric is a savvy real estate agent with the patience of a saint, the design aesthetics of a master architect and a wry sense of humor to boot.
