My non-profit client had inherited an Inner Richmond home with both good bones and significant deferred maintenance. I helped them provide the necessary disclosures and reports to prospective purchasers and come up with a pricing strategy that attracted ample buyers. This substantial home sold quickly with 21 offers to choose from.
