I had asked only a few people for Realtor recommendations before Eric’s name came up for a second time. Both people recommending Eric used the same word to describe him: HONORABLE. Eric’s efforts, thoroughness, and expertise were beyond what I ever hoped for. I cannot recall having a better business experience.

As part of his retirement plan, my client had condo converted his four-unit Buena Vista Hill building that he had owned for 30 years.
