My clients poking around trying to find homes on their own, were getting beat out time after time. A crazy seller’s market and a very limited budget made it even worse. A property in Moss Beach fit their needs with one problem, it wasn’t finished. We are an established nonprofit in SF that was gifted a Marina District condo by a donor. We used Eric as the listing agent and he worked closely with us on upgrades, staging, marketing and selling – all during the onset of COVID-19.
