We had been living in our house for 30 years.

Choosing a real estate agent was not easy since we never sold a house in the US. I started by interviewing few real estate agents;, I quickly knew who I did not want, but choosing the right one was hard. We wanted somebody professional, efficient and hardworking and more than anything, someone who would be honest about the house.

We decided to go with Eric because he seemed professional, not pushy and soft spoken; we both felt very comfortable with him. Once he started with preparing the house for sale, nothing was too much for him, he responded to all our phone calls within few minutes and tried to accommodate all our wishes.

After living in her West Portal Area home for over 25 years, my client decided it was time to move out of the city. As part of his retirement plan, my client had condo converted his four-unit Buena Vista Hill building that he had owned for 30 years. Being tenant occupied, we could not stage or prepare the condominium as we would have liked. With persistence, communication and finding the right buyer, we were successful in getting the unit sold.

Eric helped me and my wife purchase our first house in Pacifica. He is very knowledgeable about the Pacifica market and was super helpful walking us through the process as first-time buyers. We felt confident he had our best interest in mind, as he respected our strict budget and was incredibly patient in addressing our questions and concerns (of which we had many!). His architecture background enabled him to give us in-depth walk throughs and point out things other realtors might miss.
