After living in her West Portal Area home for over 25 years, my client decided it was time to move out of the city. Eric helped me and my wife purchase our first house in Pacifica. He is very knowledgeable about the Pacifica market and was super helpful walking us through the process as first-time buyers. Choosing a real estate agent was not easy since we never sold a house in the US. I started by interviewing few real estate agents;, I quickly knew who I did not want, but choosing the right one was hard. We wanted somebody professional, efficient and hardworking and more than anything, someone who would be honest about the house.
