‘Creative, experienced, knowledgeable, committed and thorough’; a few of the words used by my clients to describe me. My knowledge in the Real Estate Industry has been a culmination of experiences, having had careers in architecture, construction management, teaching interior design and being a property owner and landlord. A full time San Francisco Real Estate Sales Professional since 1994, my experiences have combined to establish a strong business ethic, a service-oriented style, diplomacy, patience, knowledge and experience in helping my clients achieve their goals. Over my years as a real estate professional, I have experienced several market changes and have assisted clients in a variety of situations. I make it a priority to stay current with changes in law, local custom and changes in the market place.

Since getting into the real estate business, I have been affiliated with Zephyr Real Estate; a visible and well-respected real estate agency in San Francisco. The company has a sterling reputation with great broker and management presence and support.

I am known in the real estate industry for my open, honest, no-nonsense communication and thoroughness with both clients and fellow agents and provide a superior and thorough level of professional service. Calmly solving the inevitable rough spots of a transaction are my strong point and when the deal is closed, I stay in touch with my clients, and am always available to answer real estate questions and make referrals to other professionals, such as contractors, electricians, and painters and be available for questions and real estate advice.

Using creativity in my approach to problem solving, I treat each client’s goals as a design problem needing resolution; listening carefully to the needs of my clients and employing multiple options and strategies to help them achieve their goals.
